Cheryl Graham An accomplished litigator and mediator, Cheryl Graham aims to assist her clients in settling their martial disputes through efficient and effective negotiations.
Mrs. Graham is a graduate of George Mason University (B.A.; 1989) and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1992). Since 1992, Mrs. Graham has practiced in Northern Virginia, focusing solely on the area of domestic relations and family law.
After being named partner at a prominent firm before the age of 35, she opened her own law firm, Graham Law Firm, PLLC. Her goal was to offer a welcoming environment for clients and to cover the full spectrum of divorce law needs. Mrs. Graham serves not only as an experienced trial attorney, but also as a superior negotiator. She has an excellent reputation for her civility, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and concern for clients.
Mrs. Graham is involved in the community and other aspects of the law. She has:
- Served as a Guardian Ad Litemfor the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in Loudoun, Fairfax and Arlington Counties for many years.
- Volunteered through the local bar associations, serving as Treasurer and Secretary, and is currently President Elect of the Loudoun Bar Association.
- Been appointed as a Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Circuit Representative for the Twentieth Circuit (Loudoun, Fauquier and Rappahannock), and served on multiple committees of the Fairfax Bar Association.
She has a passion for education, which is demonstrated in her lectures and written articles in the area of family law. Her professionalism and involvement in the community has earned her several recognitions, such as being listed as a Top Divorce Lawyer in Northern VA by the Washingtonian Magazine, listed as one of the Ten Leaders of Greater Washington, DC, and one of the most respected Attorneys by Virginia Living Magazine, 2012.
Jason Knoster As a partner at Graham Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Knoster has proven himself as a strong and intelligent litigator with the ability to negotiate creative and effective solutions. With the belief that not all issues need to be litigated, Mr. Knoster encourages client-driven solutions so as to give the parties more control over their future. Clients enjoy his compassion for their situation and his aggressive advocacy in representing their interests both in and out of the courtroom.
Mr. Knoster received his undergraduate education from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Process Management and Consulting, He also obtained a marketing concentration as well as a Minor in Classical Civilizations. During his time at school, Mr. Knoster was recognized multiple times on the Dean’s List for his academic accomplishments.
Mr. Knoster earned his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law where he graduated fifth in his class and received the distinction of Order of the Coif – an honor only given to the top ten percent of a graduating law class and only after candidate approval by the college faculty. While at the West Virginia University College of Law, Mr. Knoster also received six CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in a class for that semester and was a member of the elite United States Supreme Court Litigation Clinic.
Elizabeth Vaughan Elizabeth Vaughan believes that everyone who walks into a family lawyer’s office needs three things: A good listener, an educated counselor, and a fierce advocate. By first getting to know her clients and understanding what is important to them, Elizabeth then works with clients to make a plan that achieves their goals and takes the anxiety out of the court process. Elizabeth has practiced law in Virginia for fourteen years.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Penn State University and William and Mary Law School. In addition to divorce, custody, and support matters, Elizabeth has a particular expertise in adoption and child welfare, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys as well as a Certified Child Welfare Specialist through the National Association of Counsel for Children.
Elizabeth lives in the green countryside of Loudoun County, where she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
Lindsay Hendrix joins Graham Law Firm as a seasoned attorney who has practiced law in Northern Virginia since 2002. Lindsay received a summa cum laude Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky in 1997. Afterward, Lindsay attended George Washington University Law School, where she earned a Juris Doctorate with honors in 2002.
Early in Lindsay’s career, she served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Loudoun County from 2002-2003, followed by a position as an Assistant Public Defender for the county from 2003-2005. Lindsay subsequently established a private law practice in 2005, which she successfully operated until 2017. Lindsay then went on to serve as General Counsel for ETS Corporation from 2017-2019 before joining the Family Law firm, Grenadier, Duffett, Levi, Winkler & Rubin in 2019 until 2022.
Lindsay is excited to join the team at Graham Law Firm, where she can continue to provide exceptional legal services to clients throughout the community. In addition to Lindsay ‘s professional experience, she also gives back to the community as a law camp mentor.
Lindsay has received several accolades for her outstanding legal work, including recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014-2016, and as a SuperLawyer from 2018-2022.

Before joining the firm, Tyler gained valuable experience as a member of Hyland Law PLLC and as an associate at Harris, St. Laurent & Chaudhry LLP. Her background in civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, equipped her with the necessary skills to handle high-stakes and sensitive family law matters.
Tyler has been recognized as a top-rated civil litigation attorney in Virginia and Washington, DC by Super Lawyers in consecutive years from 2021 to 2023. Her recognition, experience, and commitment make her a trusted advocate for clients facing complex family law issues.
Tyler earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2016. During her time in law school, she interned for the U.S. Army JAG Corps appellate division, gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of the legal system. Additionally, she actively participated in the Pro Bono Society, providing pro bono legal assistance in various civil disputes.
